Consulting

Assessment, design and direction covering many areas of your organization’s programs, policies or procedures, including equity assessments, strategic planning, organizational values, review of policies, accountability practices and more.
Facilitation

Bespoke design and facilitation of workshops, training, dialogues, conferences and retreats. Using popular education, Theatre of the Oppressed and other interactive, embodied practices, events are tailor-made for your group to be as impactful, engaging and as fun as possible.
Advising

Supporting cultural projects in developing and implementing thoughtful and humanizing processes that tend to the full humanity of all participants and respond to systemic and historic inequities through script review, audience engagement, harm reduction on set, talent and crew support and more. I work with theatres, films and art groups to develop responsive and equitable work.
Coaching

One-on-one and group equity coaching, supporting your deep reflection and practice. As a coach, I partner with clients in a thoughtful, reflective and creative process that supports your personal and professional growth. Some of the most common coaching topics I work on include equity leadership, responding to inequity, imposter syndrome, addressing privilege, and responding to conflict.
